DELIVERY TIME
All Flama surfboards are handmade one by one, and we don’t make mass production –all come with its serial number–. That is why we allow a period of 8/10 weeks to make your surfboard, a bit less in case of blanks. Once we start with your board, we'll be sending you pictures of the whole process so you can follow how your board is being made.

SHAPE SPECIFICATIONS
Let us know your preferred shape specs: concaves, tail shape or whatever details you want for your board. It will not entail a price increase unless we let you know.

DECORATION
All boards come with the Flama logo pyrographed and treated with plain varnish, but it's possible to decorate or personalize the board with dye, pyrography drawings and other techniques. Let us know your ideas and we'll see if it fits in the "decoration" option.

DIY DECORATION
It's possible to decorate the board yourself –or by an artist you know: we can ship the board with only a base coat aplied (wood preserver), compatible with dye, acrylic, Poska or many other techniques. The finish treatment can be done with an uncolored satin varnish for outdoor parquet flooring (any of the products available in the market should do well).

REPAIRS AND REACOATING
Every surfboard blank is designed for a specific shape or model, so there are certain shaping limitations. Each blank comes with its own shaping template, which allows you to control in every moment and in every corner of the board, how far down you can sand. The tools and shaping process is quite similar to foam shaping, with the difference that when the shape is finished you only need to apply a few coats of varnish. Know more about how it's done here.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE EU
We discard overseas shipping due to the expensive customs rates. Anyway, if you're super amped and want a Flama surfboard no matter the price, just lets us know and we'll study the best way to make the shipping. Also let us know if you're interested in getting two or more boards, since in this case shipping prices do not vary that much and it can be much affordable.
